No. Brian Watkins is not on the NYC Parks online-reservation list.
What are the hours?
7am to 8pm daily.
How many courts are there?
Twelve hard courts in two groups of six, all rebuilt when the park reopened.
How long can I play?

When is the best time to go?
Weekday late mornings and early afternoons. The 7am opening and weekend mornings draw a line. Arrive a few minutes before the hour, since courts change over on the hour.
